Forget spraining it when I play soccer how about spraining it when I'm doing laundry. It hurt so bad this morning that I stayed home from church and I missed Greg's talk he gave :(

Oh no!!! I feel your pain, literally. My ankle still hurts. I am so sorry. Do you need ice packs? I have a really good one that Velcros around your ankle. I can bring it to you if you want to borrow it. I also have strong drugs if you need some too ;)
